All you need to know before you schedule a lesson

  • Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
    Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Private Lessons: Private lessons cannot be canceled once they have been scheduled. However, if you need to reschedule a lesson, you may do so one time only. To reschedule, you must provide at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. If you fail to provide adequate notice or miss the lesson, you will be charged the full cost of the lesson, as our teachers have already prepared materials and dedicated their time to your lesson. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Group Lessons: Group lessons cannot be canceled or rescheduled once the course has started. We schedule all group lessons in advance and publish the course schedule on our website to give our students ample time to plan accordingly. If you miss a group lesson, you will not be able to make it up, and we cannot offer any refunds or rescheduling options. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a lesson. However, we ask that you make every effort to attend as scheduled to ensure that you get the most out of your learning experience.   • Where do the lessons take place?
    Online lessons All of our lessons are conducted online, either through Zoom or other video call apps, as specified in the lesson details. While we use various video call apps to provide our services, Zoom is typically our preferred platform due to its reliability, ease of use, and quality of service. We understand that some students may have concerns about using these online platforms for their lessons. However, we have taken steps to ensure that our online lessons are just as effective and engaging as in-person lessons. Our experienced instructors are trained to use the latest teaching techniques and technologies to deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of each individual student. If you have any questions or concerns about using Zoom or other video call apps for your lessons, please do not hesitate to contact us.   • Can I get a refund?
    All sells are final. Our policy on sales is strict and non-negotiable. Once a purchase has been made, all sales and bids are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to date or time changes, partial performances, or loss. This policy applies to all products and services available on our website, including group lessons, private lessons, on-demand lessons, materials, digital downloads, and any other objects or products sold on our website. Please be advised that by making a purchase, you are agreeing to our policy on sales. We take our policy very seriously and will not make exceptions or provide any sort of special treatment.
